I founded BeanBuilt because I saw brilliant, ambitious people building incredible businesses while contending with operational overwhelm, both personally and professionally.

I transform chaotic projects and processes into purpose-driven implementations and operations that scale. I'm the Swiss army knife of technology ops—the person who gets called in when teams need someone who can bridge cross-functional gaps, catalyze transformation, and build intentional systems that actually stick. Where others see broken, outdated, and annoying roadblocks, I see opportunities to restore and strengthen structures that flow and integrate into existing systems. From building two product operations functions from the ground up to achieving a 100% quarterly delivery record in product management, I've spent over a decade engineering processes and implementing solutions that help lean teams multiply their capabilities.

The same systems-thinking and operational excellence I bring to technology teams translates seamlessly into lifestyle management. Whether I'm streamlining a product development workflow or coordinating your household operations, the approach is identical: identify inefficiencies, design sustainable processes, and execute with precision. My time as a personal assistant to a CTO and as the owner of Boulder County Beasts taught me that managing the details of someone's personal life requires the same strategic planning, vendor coordination, and proactive problem-solving as launching a product feature—just with higher stakes and more emotional investment. I understand that time-pressed leaders don't need another task on their plate; they need a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages complexities behind the scenes, and creates the space for them to focus on what only they can do. That's where I thrive—turning the chaos of daily life into organized, effortless systems that just work.

When I'm not building systems and streamlining operations, you'll find me planning my next travel adventure, on my yoga mat, hiking Arizona trails, watching cute dog shorts, or experimenting with new baking recipes (usually involving an unreasonable amount of caramel). I'm a naturally curious person who loves to learn, try new things, and share resources—whether that's discovering a new playlist that perfectly captures the energy of a project milestone or diving into astrology to better understand team dynamics. I believe the best work happens when we bring our whole selves to what we do.

I'm here to help you build processes and systems that support not just your business growth, but also, your life.

"Organizing is a process; an organization is the result of that process."
