I founded BeanBuilt because I saw brilliant, ambitious people building incredible organizations and teams, but drowing in operational overwhelm.
I transform chaotic projects and processes into purpose-driven implementations and operations that scale. I'm the Swiss army knife of technology ops—the person who gets called in when teams need someone who can bridge cross-functional gaps, catalyze transformation, and build intentional systems that actually stick.
Where others see broken, outdated, and annoying roadblocks, I see opportunities to restore and strengthen structures that flow and integrate into existing systems. From building two product operations functions from the ground up to achieving a 100% quarterly delivery record in product management, I've spent over a decade engineering processes and implementing solutions that help lean teams multiply their capabilities.
