I founded BeanBuilt because I saw brilliant, ambitious people building incredible organizations and teams — drowning in miscommunications, strategy overwhelm, and cultural confusion. I was often thinking: "It doesn't have to be this way!"
With over a decade of experience, I've designed the company-wide processes, program strategies, and learning experiences that build capability and culture in fast-moving organizations. I've spearheaded transformational initiatives in SaaS product environments, created strategic partnership programs and communications, served as a trusted advisor during periods of genuine change, and facilitated immersive experiences that move people through real transitions.
I bring a rare combination of strategic program design and hands-on facilitation — equally comfortable architecting a performance framework and leading a room through a difficult conversation (the icky part is my favorite part). I'm a born communicator.
I hold an MA in Leadership Studies and I'm drawn to partnering with organizations doing work that I find fascinating! I see opportunities where others see roadblocks — ways to restore and strengthen structures that flow, integrate, and actually work. I love working with leaders who are navigating what's next — driving change that actually shifts how an organization sees itself and how its people move forward.
When I'm not strategizing and creating experiences, you'll find me planning my next travel adventure, on my yoga mat, baking something insanely sweet, or out for a long walk.

About My Work Style
My work background is varied, but what I've always been doing is helping people move towards clarity and growth. Technically, I'm also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and fluent in various agile practices.
Reading the room
I read group dynamics well, and I'm not afraid of the tension that lives just under the surface of most meetings. I help create the conditions where honest conversations can actually happen — and where people leave feeling heard, not managed.
Clarity from complexity
I help teams and organizations make sense of tangled systems and projects — workflows, priorities, stakeholder needs — and find the thread that makes the next step obvious. This often shows up as facilitation, consulting, or strategy work, but it starts with listening.
Connecting what isn't connected yet
I notice patterns across contexts that others often miss. Whether that's identifying where a process is quietly breaking down, or seeing how two people with different vocabularies are actually saying the same thing — I help bridge those gaps.
